Sleeps 10 + Coffee bar + Game Room + Train to CHGO - is fresh, spacious, huge beds, large dining table, living rooms upstairs and down, and a coffee nook that the family of 8 kept gravitating too. It is full of games and toys inside and out. And has the cutest outdoor patio with benches, a fire table, and bunches of pillows under a roof!! Check out the photos!! It's exceptional! It fit 2 cars out back and we had 4. Street parking is restricted for 2 hours every morning during the week. We managed.

The house has everything in it that you could need. We had a large group of 10 and the house easily accommodated it. The shower downstairs leaked a little bit on the floors.
